W.I.S.E. Financial: Serve the Basic Needs

We have a lot of large firms in financial service areas, but most of these companies have client asset requirement and serve those people who they called high-net-worth. However, everyone needs some simple financial advises in our daily lives. From what home insurance plan to renew, to how to lower down the property tax, to how to save our retirement fund, to how to save tax, etc.  These are small questions that come out all through our life. Most of the times we won’t pay to consult those big service firms, but ending up to search Google or ask our relatives, friends, neighbors, or peers. Whether that information is correct or not, most of us can’t tell, and we make our important decisions based on this limited information. 

This is a big gap in financial industry. On one side, the high-net-worth people get over-served by a lot of financial professionals, but on the other side, average people are left behind being under-served. So we create a company that everyone can get some basic but reliable information from professionals for free or with very low cost. We combine different basic professional services including insurance, retirement, investment consulting, and provide real estate, accounting & tax, and legal services. All these are basic needs in our personal financial areas. We want to build an information center that every resident in the community can benefit. Our mission is serving everyone’s basic financial needs.  

Our company was named as W.I.S.E. by combining the first letters from Working-hard, Integrity, Serve and Educate. We believe the values that everyone needs to work hard to gain their success; everyone needs to maintain their integrity during services, holding strong ethical or moral principles and following them at all times; everyone needs to be able to go for an extra mile when serving the clients; everyone needs to educate their clients, and let the clients has the ability to decide if they are taking the best action based on their personal situations. By providing the basic services that everyone needs, together we can make our community a better place.
